For all one-day tours a reservation cannot be made without the required full payment. For Multi-Day Tours a reservation cannot be made without the required deposit. This deposit amount and the deadline for making full payment vary by trip and are detailed in the tour description. Stricter policies on special events, cruise, and air tours generally may apply. A bill will not be sent - each passenger is responsible for paying by the deadline given in a tour's description. If payment is not received in a timely manner, it may result in cancellation of your reservation to a wait-listed passenger(s). Note that all online purchases require full up front payment once space is confirmed.
Anyone requiring special assistance, including handicapped travelers, must advise us of this need for special assistance when making a reservation.
On multi-day tours, you will receive your final information 5-14 days prior to departure, which will include luggage tags, final itinerary details, departure times and hotel information. In the case of late bookings, departure information will be sent once final payment has been received. We do not mail tickets for attractions, shows, etc. included on our tours. The tour director will have them in his/her possession. We select only AAA-rated properties, when available, realizing that clean and comfortable lodging is a major concern. Each tour participant is pre-registered by advance reservations. Upon arrival, the driver or tour director will obtain room keys. We also arrange for your luggage to be delivered to your room and returned to the motorcoach at check out time. On one-day tours no further information may be sent, in which case you can use your receipt of payment as confirmation for boarding.
If there are any departure time changes, we will notify everyone ahead of time by phone or mail. We encourage you to provide us with your home and/or work phone numbers so we can easily reach you in case of any last-minute changes.
The cost of all Multi-Day Tours includes one piece of luggage per person to be checked under the coach and one small carry-on piece. Any additional suitcase is allowed at a cost of $ 5.00 per day and this must be paid with the final tour payment. You will be responsible for the handling of your own carry-on luggage at all times.
Terms and conditions are in effect at time of booking and are subject to change, modification or adjustment as necessary. We reserve the right to cancel any tour that has not reached a minimum number of reservations. We always avoid canceling a tour if at all possible, as we understand the inconvenience to you - our valued customer. We also reserve the right to change tour prices and itineraries if so dictated by circumstances beyond our control. Departure times listed in our itineraries are tentative. We are not responsible to any person for expense, loss of time or money, or other circumstance resulting from a change in itinerary or change of tour arrangements.
We act only as an agent in arranging transportation, accommodations, or any optional sightseeing tours, cruises, flights, etc., and as such are not responsible for any damages, loss, delay, injury, or accident due to weather, or any act of default of any company or person engaged in providing service included in our tours.
This company, and its agents, shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions, or developments, or any other actions, omissions or conditions outside our control. Restitution or damages, if any are claimed, shall be sought directly from the suppliers.
In accordance with the law and the interest of the health and comfort of our passengers, smoking is not allowed on board the motorcoach. We have scheduled photography stops, coffee breaks, and lunch stops to give those who smoke opportunities to do so. No alcohol is allowed on the motorcoach at any time. We reserve the right to refuse boarding under such circumstances that these policies are not followed.
The Tour Director or Driver in charge may dismiss any person from any tour at any time should his or her conduct not be in harmony with the rest of the passengers; no further obligation will be assumed by this company or anyone in their employ.

A charge of 50% of the deposit plus any non-refundable charges. (i.e. theater tickets, hotel rooms, service fees)
14-3 days prior to departure
A charge of 100% of the deposit plus any non-refundable charges. (i.e. theater tickets, hotel rooms, services fees)
2 business days to departure
Written notice of cancellation is required.
A service charge of $10.00 per person will be made for cancellations received less than thirty (30) days prior to departure.
Cancellations prior to this will be issued a full refund upon receipt of written notice of cancellation. Refunds cannot be made on special shows or events.* Absolutely no refunds will be made on cancellations within three (3) working days or for no shows.*
