The fare for Route 10 is $1.45 each way per person for one-zone trips and $2.10 each way per person for two-zone trips. You must pay a two-zone fare if your trip involves crossing the Jersey City - Bayonne city line. Fares are collected as you board the bus. Children shorter than the fare box ride for free. Children taller than the fare box must pay full fare. Exact change is required. Fare boxes accept dollar bills.

The fare for Route 99S is $4.00 each way per person. You must pay a two-zone fare if your trip involves crossing the NY - NJ state line. All southbound trips, departing PABT-NYC, will stop at Journal Square. At Journal Square, a $2.10 fare will be available for passengers boarding for all points south. At Central Avenue, a special $2.00 promotional fare will be available for passengers traveling to New York City.  The 2:10 AM and 4:10 AM departures from PABT-NYC cost $5.00.
