We provide assistance with boarding, luggage, transfers, stowage and retrieval of mobility devices. We can help whether you are traveling alone, with a personal care attendant, using various mobility devices, or are acompanied by a service animal.

Americans with disabilities traveling on ShortLine Chenango Valley Bus Line may be accompanied by an aid, who may travel free, with original Doctor’s letter on letterhead, dated within current year verifying the need for an attendant.

Orange County residents must have an I.D. card from the County entitling them to half fare within Orange County. An application must submitted to the county for an I.D. card. To receive an application call 845-291-2534. Sullivan County residents with a Medicare card due to disability may ride at half fare on ShortLine buses wholly within Sullivan County.
