Do you have a printer?
All Van Galder tickets sold online MUST be printed. Tickets displayed on smartphones cannot be accepted. Online customers without the ticket printout will be required to purchase another ticket at the bus stop.
After your purchase, you will receive an e-mail with the subject line "Your e-Tickets" that includes a PDF attachment. The PDF contains your ticket(s).
You MUST have a PRINTED COPY of the PDF. Our staff will collect this printout from you.
Please proceed only if you are able to open a PDF file and have access to a working printer.
