Tour Itinerary:

September 21 – Today we head to the welcoming resort town of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee in the Smoky Mountains where you will enjoy the next five nights. Relax and enjoy your perfect surroundings after a full day of travel. A welcome dinner will be included and you may want to take a stroll in this pedestrian-friendly area. (D)

September 22 – Breakfast is included at your hotel today. Today we will spend the day at Dollywood – one of the most fun places in the Smokies. Here you will find an abundance of shows and entertainment, rides, attractions, restaurants and lots more – there is something for everyone at Dollywood which is shared with visitors with a down-home feeling. Enjoy your day as you wish. Later tonight we will attend the evening show at the Country Tonight Theater for a lively stage performance. (B)

September 23 – This morning you will enjoy waking up to breakfast included and the morning show at the Blackwood Theater. There will be some free time and your matinee entertainment will be at the Smoky Mountain Opry which was brand new in 2012. The Smoky Mountain Opry brings the region’s largest music variety production to stage in a fantastic high-energy show. The huge cast of singers and dancers is accompanied by their full, live band. And the day is not over…tonight’s feature will be the Grand Majestic Theater where you will enjoy a southern style meal along with a variety show packed full of comedy. (B, D)

September 24 – Breakfast included at your hotel this morning and we are then off to our morning show featuring the Patty Waszak Show. Patty has one of the longest running morning variety shows in the Smoky Mountains. She is a phenomenal musician, award-winning songwriter, hilarious comedienne and fabulous entertainer. There will be time for lunch on your own and we will then meet our local tour guide for a scenic and informative tour through the Smoky Mountains area – bring your cameras and enjoy this wonderful experience as your guide shows you the best of the area. We will arrive back in time to attend the Dixie Stampede Dinner Show. (B, D)

September 25 – Breakfast included at your hotel this morning – enjoy a leisure morning and afternoon to relax or explore as you wish and your options will be endless with all that surrounds you in Pigeon Forge. Tonight we have our last evening of entertainment at the Hatfield and McCoy Dinner Show filled with family, food, feudin’ and fun – that’s the theme of the newest show in town. You will be a part of the longest running fued in history and help the Hatfields and McCoys try to settle their differences mountain-style! You’ll love this one ! (B,D)

September 26 – Breakfast included at your hotel and we then say goodbye to the Smoky Mountains and head for home. (B)

Prior to 30 days from your departure date a full refund will be made (with the exception of special event and/or show tours, air tours and cruises which will be different - be sure to ask about these details when your booking is made). There is no refund for cancellations made within 30 days prior to your departure date. But you are welcome to send someone in your place and let us know the name change (this does not apply to air and cruise tours which have various restrictions, strict cancellation policies and name change charges).

Butler Motor Tours offers a refund protection plan on all overnight tours with varying restrictions due to the nature of the tour. We highly encourage you to take advantage of it, although it is certainly your own individual decision. This plan is available at an additional cost and will protect your monies due to sickness or death, but it does not cover you if you simply "change your mind". An official written letter from the doctor is required for proof of illness or a statement as to the death in your family. This plan expires 30 days after cancellation, if the documentation is not received within 30 days of cancellation, the refund is forfeited. There is only a small window period of time in which you are allowed to purchase the plan so be sure to ask upon booking.

To ensure passenger comfort, we have a "NO SMOKING" policy on all of our tours, which also includes e-cigarettes. Ample comfort stops are made for smoking and restroom convenience. Feel free to request a smoking or non-smoking hotel room when making your reservations. No alcohol is allowed on any tour at any time. We reserve the right to refuse boarding under such circumstances that these policies are not followed.

Butler Motor Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour that has not reached a minimum number of reservations. We also reserve the right to change tour prices and itineraries if so dictated by circumstances beyond our control. We always avoid canceling a tour if at all possible, as we understand the inconvenience to you - our valued customer. Feel free to ask about any departure, especially if you are taking vacation days at your place of work.

The cost of your tour includes one piece of luggage per person to be checked under the coach and one small carry-on piece. Any additional suitcase is allowed at a cost of $5.00 per day and this must be paid with the final tour payment. You will be responsible for the handling of your own carry-on luggage at all times.

Butler Motor Tours acts as an agent in arranging hotel and other accommodations and cannot be held responsible for non-performance.

Any person or group which requires an ADA accessible bus is requested to inform us at the time of reservation, and must notify us in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the charter's departure.

Charges will appear as "CoachUSA/Megabus" on your credit card statement. We are a United States merchant and all card payments are processed at our corporate office located at 160 S. Route 17 North, Paramus, NJ.
