December 5 – Today we will head south to Williamsburg, VA to enjoy the next three glorious nights. A delicious welcome dinner will be included upon arrival and we will check in to our hotel. Relax and enjoy your surroundings after a day’s travel. (D)
December 6 – A deluxe continental breakfast is included at your hotel this morning before a fun filled day in Williamsburg. Remember to dress warm today. The group will have time to enjoy the local parade down Duke of Gloucester Street before meeting our guide to begin the day at Colonial Williamsburg including the Capitol and the Governor’s Palace. Enjoy lunch on your own at Merchants Square and free time to continue visiting Colonial Williamsburg with all they have to offer. Time to shop at Yankee Candle along with free time at the Prime Outlets, ranked as one of the top ten shopping outlets in the outlet industry. Dinner will be included before arriving back at the hotel to retire for the evening after a busy day. (CB, D)
December 7 – A deluxe continental breakfast is included at your hotel this morning. Once again dress warm today as we continue our holiday celebration in Williamsburg. The group will have a guided tour the Jamestown Settlement, a most unique experience in itself. We will join in a celebration of a Jamestown Christmas to experience early traditions and holiday festivities the early settlers enjoyed. Group will have lunch on their own at the Jamestown Café. Then it is onto Colonial Williamsburg to enjoy the Grand Illumination a celebration that has been going on for over 60 years. Time to shop along the Duke of Gloucester Street and have dinner on your own before the celebration begins. Your ticket is included this afternoon and evening to spend at Colonial Williamsburg enjoying the buildings and exhibits along with the Grand Illumination festivities. The Colonial Williamsburg’s Christmas season officially begins with this famed and yearly Grand Illumination which is a spectacular evening when candles twinkle in the windows of historic area homes and buildings, fatwood crackles in the street-side cressets and the heavens explode with pyrotechnics. Family, friends and strangers crowd the streets and launch themselves on this spectacular Yuletide extravaganza. Explore homes and buildings where men like Thomas Jefferson, George Washington and Patrick Henry inspired the fight for independence throughout the historic area. Arrive back at the hotel this evening to relax after a great day of fun! (CB)
December 8 – Enjoy your last morning’s breakfast before we say goodbye to this wonderful colonial area and head for home. You will be enriched with history in the goodness and preservation of our historic forefathers who paved the way for our country. (CB)

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY:
Prior to 30 days from your departure date a full refund will be made (with the exception of special event and/or show tours, air tours and cruises which will be different - be sure to ask about these details when your booking is made). There is no refund for cancellations made within 30 days prior to your departure date. But you are welcome to send someone in your place and let us know the name change (this does not apply to air and cruise tours which have various restrictions, strict cancellation policies and name change charges).
REFUND PROTECTION PLAN:
Butler Motor Tours offers a refund protection plan on all overnight tours with varying restrictions due to the nature of the tour. We highly encourage you to take advantage of it, although it is certainly your own individual decision. This plan is available at an additional cost and will protect your monies due to sickness or death, but it does not cover you if you simply "change your mind". An official written letter from the doctor is required for proof of illness or a statement as to the death in your family. This plan expires 30 days after cancellation, if the documentation is not received within 30 days of cancellation, the refund is forfeited. There is only a small window period of time in which you are allowed to purchase the plan so be sure to ask upon booking.
SMOKING & ALCOHOL:
To ensure passenger comfort, we have a "NO SMOKING" policy on all of our tours, which also includes e-cigarettes. Ample comfort stops are made for smoking and restroom convenience. Feel free to request a smoking or non-smoking hotel room when making your reservations. No alcohol is allowed on any tour at any time. We reserve the right to refuse boarding under such circumstances that these policies are not followed.
Butler Motor Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour that has not reached a minimum number of reservations. We also reserve the right to change tour prices and itineraries if so dictated by circumstances beyond our control. We always avoid canceling a tour if at all possible, as we understand the inconvenience to you - our valued customer. Feel free to ask about any departure, especially if you are taking vacation days at your place of work.
The cost of your tour includes one piece of luggage per person to be checked under the coach and one small carry-on piece. Any additional suitcase is allowed at a cost of $5.00 per day and this must be paid with the final tour payment. You will be responsible for the handling of your own carry-on luggage at all times.
Butler Motor Tours acts as an agent in arranging hotel and other accommodations and cannot be held responsible for non-performance.
Any person or group which requires an ADA accessible bus is requested to inform us at the time of reservation, and must notify us in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the charter's departure.
Charges will appear as "CoachUSA/Megabus" on your credit card statement. We are a United States merchant and all card payments are processed at our corporate office located at 160 S. Route 17 North, Paramus, NJ.
