December 31: We begin our two-day celebration by traveling across Ohio and into Indiana’s Amish country. Nappanee is one of the largest Amish settlements in the United States – nearly 2,500 Old Order Amish live and work here. At Amish Acres, time stopped over a century ago to preserve a way of life nearly forgotten in today’s fast-paced world. It is the only Amish farm listed in the National Register of Historic Places. The legacy of the three generations of the family who lived here is seen and felt throughout this nostalgic homestead. Your overnight accommodations will be right at the host property in the Inn at Amish Acres, known for its simple, country-style guest rooms and Amish patterned quilts.

Upon arrival, we take some time to relax at the Inn and change clothes for the grand night ahead! A delicious family-style dinner will be served in the century-old Thresher’s Barn. Then anticipation mounts as the 1911 Round Barn Theatre doors open for their production of a top rated musical (TBA) – the quality of their shows are always top-notch! Following bows, we return to the Restaurant Barn that has now been transformed into a "Champagne Punch Celebration Party" for some pre-New Years Resolution indulgences. Settle back in your theatre seats around 11:00PM where the show cast has been transformed into a cabaret lounge act with the orchestra on stage. Be treated to an hour of delectable music and gaiety as the anticipation of the final countdown to 2015 approaches. To time-honored strains of Auld Lang Syne, we welcome the beginning of a brand-new year, complete with a fabulous array of glittering and booming fireworks over the farm’s pond!

January 1: This morning, we enjoy our first breakfast of 2015 before starting our journey homeward. With a leisurely departure, we return you to the pickup points, ready to begin a new year full of hope and good will!

Cost Includes: Deluxe motorcoach transportation, overnight accommodations, dinner theater performance, New Year’s Eve celebration, breakfast, luggage handling and tax

Terms and Conditions:

Prior to 30 days from your departure date a full refund will be made (with the exception of special event and/or show tours, air tours and cruises which will be different - be sure to ask about these details when your booking is made). There is no refund for cancellations made within 30 days prior to your departure date. But you are welcome to send someone in your place and let us know the name change (this does not apply to air and cruise tours which have various restrictions, strict cancellation policies and name change charges).

Butler Motor Tours offers a refund protection plan on all overnight tours with varying restrictions due to the nature of the tour. We highly encourage you to take advantage of it, although it is certainly your own individual decision. This plan is available at an additional cost and will protect your monies due to sickness or death, but it does not cover you if you simply "change your mind". An official written letter from the doctor is required for proof of illness or a statement as to the death in your family. This plan expires 30 days after cancellation, if the documentation is not received within 30 days of cancellation, the refund is forfeited. There is only a small window period of time in which you are allowed to purchase the plan so be sure to ask upon booking.

To ensure passenger comfort, we have a "NO SMOKING" policy on all of our tours, which also includes e-cigarettes. Ample comfort stops are made for smoking and restroom convenience. Feel free to request a smoking or non-smoking hotel room when making your reservations. No alcohol is allowed on any tour at any time. We reserve the right to refuse boarding under such circumstances that these policies are not followed.

Butler Motor Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour that has not reached a minimum number of reservations. We also reserve the right to change tour prices and itineraries if so dictated by circumstances beyond our control. We always avoid canceling a tour if at all possible, as we understand the inconvenience to you - our valued customer. Feel free to ask about any departure, especially if you are taking vacation days at your place of work.

The cost of your tour includes one piece of luggage per person to be checked under the coach and one small carry-on piece. Any additional suitcase is allowed at a cost of $5.00 per day and this must be paid with the final tour payment. You will be responsible for the handling of your own carry-on luggage at all times.

Butler Motor Tours acts as an agent in arranging hotel and other accommodations and cannot be held responsible for non-performance.

Any person or group which requires an ADA accessible bus is requested to inform us at the time of reservation, and must notify us in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the charter's departure.
