Tour description

We will start our day with a delicious lunch at the Cross Creek Resort overlooking the foothills of the Allegheny Mountains. We will then arrive at the Titusville train station which has been transformed into a WWII encampment for both US and German forces. On display will be uniforms, weapons and vehicles from the era. German forces will be board the train and head down the valley. Allied forces will be keeping an eye on the train with the intent of overtaking it. Are spies on board? A battle will ensue with Allied Forces being able to commandeer the train. The tour includes a 3 hour train ride starting out German occupied. There will be a short time off the train at Rynd Farm where the battle takes place, and the Allied forces will then take over for the return trip.

Deluxe motorcoach transportation, full lunch and train ride with WWII reenactment entertainment.

Prior to 30 days from your departure date a full refund will be made (with the exception of special event and/or show tours, air tours and cruises which will be different - be sure to ask about these details when your booking is made). There is no refund for cancellations made within 30 days prior to your departure date. But you are welcome to send someone in your place and let us know the name change (this does not apply to air and cruise tours which have various restrictions, strict cancellation policies and name change charges).

To ensure passenger comfort, we have a "NO SMOKING" policy on all of our tours, which also includes e-cigarettes. Ample comfort stops are made for smoking and restroom convenience. Feel free to request a smoking or non-smoking hotel room when making your reservations. No alcohol is allowed on any tour at any time. We reserve the right to refuse boarding under such circumstances that these policies are not followed.

Butler Motor Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour that has not reached a minimum number of reservations. We also reserve the right to change tour prices and itineraries if so dictated by circumstances beyond our control. We always avoid canceling a tour if at all possible, as we understand the inconvenience to you - our valued customer. Feel free to ask about any departure, especially if you are taking vacation days at your place of work.

Any person or group which requires an ADA accessible bus is requested to inform us at the time of reservation, and must notify us in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the charter's departure.
