Both men and women (singles or couples !) will love this specially planned weekend with lots to please everyone. This makes a wonderful outing for anyone to get away during a much needed winter weekend and have some fun including wine, entertainment, delicious meals, Train Ride Travelogue show, casino fun…this weekend trip has it all wrapped up into 2 days !
February 15 - We will head north to New York today with a lunch stop en route before we meet our guide to tour the Dunkirk Historical Society Museum dedicated to the promotion of the city’s historical, cultural and artistic heritage. This museum collects and exhibits artwork, photographs, sculpture and historical objects. Then get ready for a lovely wine-tasting tour at the Merritt Winery located in the largest grape growing region east of the Rockies and the largest Concord grape growing region in the world. The grapes an wines produced in this area rival the quality of premium vintages found throughout the world - “cheers” to all ! We will then check in at our nearby hotel located in Dunkirk. Relax and get ready for your evening out which will start out with some fun at a unique cooking class at the magnificent White Inn at Fredonia followed by a delicious dinner. Step into this beautiful Inn with its welcoming massive white pillars located in scenic Chautauqua County where Duncan Hines discovered this little secret in the 1930’s. He was so impressed with the White Inn Restaurant that he included the Inn as one of the 50 finest establishments that became his “Family of Fine Restaurants”. The present owners who purchased the Inn have returned it to its grandeur - it is the perfect spot for an evening of enjoyment amidst a tradition of excellence. (D)
February 16 - Breakfast is included at your hotel. We will make a shopping stop this morning and no Valentine’s weekend would be complete without “chocolate”! You will love the stop at Valvo’s Candies which is not overflowing with sweet treats but also has an extensive gift shop filled with gifts, garden statues all year round, Christmas House, and many more hard-to-find items. A delicious lunch will be included at a local restaurant before we head a short distance south to Erie and stop at the Presque Isle Casino for our last few hours of fun. You will enjoy this lovely action-packed establishment with over 1,700 slots, electronic and live table games as well as casual and fine dining restaurants. Enjoy your free time here where you can have dinner on your own as you wish. We will depart for home by 6:00 PM after a great weekend ! (B, L)

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY:
Prior to 30 days from your departure date a full refund will be made (with the exception of special event and/or show tours, air tours and cruises which will be different - be sure to ask about these details when your booking is made). There is no refund for cancellations made within 30 days prior to your departure date. But you are welcome to send someone in your place and let us know the name change (this does not apply to air and cruise tours which have various restrictions, strict cancellation policies and name change charges).
REFUND PROTECTION PLAN:
Butler Motor Tours offers a refund protection plan on all overnight tours with varying restrictions due to the nature of the tour. We highly encourage you to take advantage of it, although it is certainly your own individual decision. This plan is available at an additional cost and will protect your monies due to sickness or death, but it does not cover you if you simply "change your mind". An official written letter from the doctor is required for proof of illness or a statement as to the death in your family. This plan expires 30 days after cancellation, if the documentation is not received within 30 days of cancellation, the refund is forfeited. There is only a small window period of time in which you are allowed to purchase the plan so be sure to ask upon booking.
SMOKING & ALCOHOL:
To ensure passenger comfort, we have a "NO SMOKING" policy on all of our tours, which also includes e-cigarettes. Ample comfort stops are made for smoking and restroom convenience. Feel free to request a smoking or non-smoking hotel room when making your reservations. No alcohol is allowed on any tour at any time. We reserve the right to refuse boarding under such circumstances that these policies are not followed.
Butler Motor Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour that has not reached a minimum number of reservations. We also reserve the right to change tour prices and itineraries if so dictated by circumstances beyond our control. We always avoid canceling a tour if at all possible, as we understand the inconvenience to you - our valued customer. Feel free to ask about any departure, especially if you are taking vacation days at your place of work.
The cost of your tour includes one piece of luggage per person to be checked under the coach and one small carry-on piece. Any additional suitcase is allowed at a cost of $5.00 per day and this must be paid with the final tour payment. You will be responsible for the handling of your own carry-on luggage at all times.
Butler Motor Tours acts as an agent in arranging hotel and other accommodations and cannot be held responsible for non-performance.
Any person or group which requires an ADA accessible bus is requested to inform us at the time of reservation, and must notify us in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the charter's departure.
