July 28 – Early morning departure as we head towards Branson with our first overnight en route in Illinois tonight.
July 29 - Continental breakfast included. By mid-afternoon today we will be checking in at our Branson hotel for the next four nights. Dinner included this evening before our show "Grand Jubilee". (B, D)
July30 -– Breakfast included ths morning. Enjoy the Brett Morning Show with lunch included at McFarland's. After lunch you will enjoy the matinee show "A Tribute to Marty Robbins". Dinner will be included this evening before an evening show living the experience through the amazing production of the "Adventures of Marco Polo," an epic story of incredible discoveries taken from Polo's journals. July 31 - Breakfast included this morning. Come in, sit back and enjoy the morning show " California Dreamin"! Time to enjoy lunch on your own before a matinee show this afternoon. It's not too late to see The Blues Brothers, Elivs, Marilyn Monroe and other legends of yesterday and today at "Legdens in Concert". We will have dinner included before the evening show "New Jersey Nights". (B, D)
August 1– Breakfast included. Enjoy the morning show with Dalena Ditto then time to have lunch on your own before the matinee show "Bucket and Boards" featuring Matt levingston and Gareth Sever in an original producation of hilarious comedy, high energy, precision percussion and exciting tap dancing. Dinner included is evening before the evening show "JONAH" brought to life on the Sight and Sounds Theater. (B, D)
August 2 – Breakfast included. We day goodbye to Branson this morning and head towards home with our last night in Terra Haute, Indiana. (B)

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY:
Prior to 30 days from your departure date a full refund will be made (with the exception of special event and/or show tours, air tours and cruises which will be different - be sure to ask about these details when your booking is made). There is no refund for cancellations made within 30 days prior to your departure date. But you are welcome to send someone in your place and let us know the name change (this does not apply to air and cruise tours which have various restrictions, strict cancellation policies and name change charges).
REFUND PROTECTION PLAN:
Butler Motor Tours offers a refund protection plan on all overnight tours with varying restrictions due to the nature of the tour. We highly encourage you to take advantage of it, although it is certainly your own individual decision. This plan is available at an additional cost and will protect your monies due to sickness or death, but it does not cover you if you simply "change your mind". An official written letter from the doctor is required for proof of illness or a statement as to the death in your family. This plan expires 30 days after cancellation, if the documentation is not received within 30 days of cancellation, the refund is forfeited. There is only a small window period of time in which you are allowed to purchase the plan so be sure to ask upon booking.
SMOKING & ALCOHOL:
To ensure passenger comfort, we have a "NO SMOKING" policy on all of our tours, which also includes e-cigarettes. Ample comfort stops are made for smoking and restroom convenience. Feel free to request a smoking or non-smoking hotel room when making your reservations. No alcohol is allowed on any tour at any time. We reserve the right to refuse boarding under such circumstances that these policies are not followed.
Butler Motor Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour that has not reached a minimum number of reservations. We also reserve the right to change tour prices and itineraries if so dictated by circumstances beyond our control. We always avoid canceling a tour if at all possible, as we understand the inconvenience to you - our valued customer. Feel free to ask about any departure, especially if you are taking vacation days at your place of work.
The cost of your tour includes one piece of luggage per person to be checked under the coach and one small carry-on piece. Any additional suitcase is allowed at a cost of $5.00 per day and this must be paid with the final tour payment. You will be responsible for the handling of your own carry-on luggage at all times.
Butler Motor Tours acts as an agent in arranging hotel and other accommodations and cannot be held responsible for non-performance.
Any person or group which requires an ADA accessible bus is requested to inform us at the time of reservation, and must notify us in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the charter's departure.
Charges will appear as "CoachUSA/Megabus" on your credit card statement. We are a United States merchant and all card payments are processed at our corporate office located at 160 S. Route 17 North, Paramus, NJ.
