August 10: Today is our time to meet and get-acquainted with our fellow cowboys – I mean, passengers! A restful day of travel, and then we overnight at a lovely hotel in Illinois. August 11: Our journey west continues. This afternoon, we take a tour of the unique “Boys Town” on the way to our overnight in Lincoln, Nebraska. The excitement builds, as does the beautiful scenery of the west! (B)
August 12: As we make our way to Cheyenne, Wyoming, you will love our stop at the “Great Platte River Road” Archway Monument, an award-winning attraction where you imagine you are a pioneer leaving your home to embark on a journey west by covered wagon! We’ll drive past the beautiful Capitol before arriving at our hotel located in a gorgeous area. Enjoy an included dinner and a relaxing evening in our majestic surroundings! (B, D)
August 13: Many scenic sights today as we head for Jackson Hole, WY. This is a typical old western town with a real, live “shoot-out” performed in the town square. Our hotel is located right in town, so you may wish to walk down and enjoy the western fun, do some shopping, or possibly see a show at the Playhouse!
August 14: This morning we depart Jackson for our tour of the Grand Teton National Park and some of the most spectacular mountain ranges anywhere in the world! Our local guide will make the tour complete. The beauty and scenery here will be a real highlight of your tour. By popular request, we take the scenic “Float Trip” down the beautiful Snake River in the Tetons. The float guides fill you in on all the history and folklore of the area – a real treat! This evening we’ll arrive in Yellowstone National Park for our two-night stay right in the park at Grant Village.(B, L)
August 15: Today we depart for a full day of touring Yellowstone Park with a local park guide. The park is home to a wide variety of wildlife, and many of nature’s wonders such as Mammoth Hot Springs. Our tour will end at “Old Faithful” with time to visit this unique, natural “Wonder of the World”, and enjoy a wonderful dinner right at Old Faithful Lodge. (B, D)
August 16: A leisurely departure later this morning finds us enjoying lunch at the gorgeous Lake Hotel before we say good-bye to Yellowstone. The drive over to the mountains of Cody is one of the most scenic roads in the country! Refill your camera film – you’ll need it. Our first stop is the Buffalo Bill Museum, one of the nation’s largest collections of frontier memorabilia. Tonight we head over to the famous "Cody Night Rodeo" for a real taste of the west – Great Fun! (B, L)
August 17-18: Our next two nights will be in Spearfish, SD. We’ll include activities such as a tour to Mt. Rushmore, the Big Horn Mountains, Ranch at U-Cross, Devil’s Tower, Shell Falls, the famous rock sculpture “Crazy Horse”, and of course, the legendary mountains known as “Black Hills of South Dakota”. August 19: This is a day to remember as we tour through the Badlands on our way to our overnight in Chamberlain, SD. You’ll enjoy a stop at the famous “Wall Drug Store” with their buffalo burgers and Black Hills Gold. The Badlands National Park is a natural wonder unlike any you will ever see, and we’ll include picture stops all along the way – such as Rainbow Overlook, a Fossil exhibit, and Prairie Homestead. The sand-carved formations of various colors will amaze you, and we’ll have fun at “Al’s Oasis” in Chamberlain! (B)
August 20: An early morning allows us a visit to De Smet, the inspiration for “Little House on the Prairie” the Ingall’s Homestead in the heart of South Dakota’s “tallgrass” prairie-lands. Lunch is at the “Oxbox” before arriving in Rochester, MN. (B, L)
August 21: Our travel continues to Oak Brook, IL, just outside of Chicago. We’ll spend a memorable last evening at the Drury Lane Dinner Theater for a Broadway-style show and delicious dinner. (B, D)

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY:
Prior to 30 days from your departure date a full refund will be made (with the exception of special event and/or show tours, air tours and cruises which will be different - be sure to ask about these details when your booking is made). There is no refund for cancellations made within 30 days prior to your departure date. But you are welcome to send someone in your place and let us know the name change (this does not apply to air and cruise tours which have various restrictions, strict cancellation policies and name change charges).
REFUND PROTECTION PLAN:
Butler Motor Tours offers a refund protection plan on all overnight tours with varying restrictions due to the nature of the tour. We highly encourage you to take advantage of it, although it is certainly your own individual decision. This plan is available at an additional cost and will protect your monies due to sickness or death, but it does not cover you if you simply "change your mind". An official written letter from the doctor is required for proof of illness or a statement as to the death in your family. This plan expires 30 days after cancellation, if the documentation is not received within 30 days of cancellation, the refund is forfeited. There is only a small window period of time in which you are allowed to purchase the plan so be sure to ask upon booking.
SMOKING & ALCOHOL:
To ensure passenger comfort, we have a "NO SMOKING" policy on all of our tours, which also includes e-cigarettes. Ample comfort stops are made for smoking and restroom convenience. Feel free to request a smoking or non-smoking hotel room when making your reservations. No alcohol is allowed on any tour at any time. We reserve the right to refuse boarding under such circumstances that these policies are not followed.
Butler Motor Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour that has not reached a minimum number of reservations. We also reserve the right to change tour prices and itineraries if so dictated by circumstances beyond our control. We always avoid canceling a tour if at all possible, as we understand the inconvenience to you - our valued customer. Feel free to ask about any departure, especially if you are taking vacation days at your place of work.
The cost of your tour includes one piece of luggage per person to be checked under the coach and one small carry-on piece. Any additional suitcase is allowed at a cost of $5.00 per day and this must be paid with the final tour payment. You will be responsible for the handling of your own carry-on luggage at all times.
Butler Motor Tours acts as an agent in arranging hotel and other accommodations and cannot be held responsible for non-performance.
Any person or group which requires an ADA accessible bus is requested to inform us at the time of reservation, and must notify us in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the charter's departure.
Charges will appear as "CoachUSA/Megabus" on your credit card statement. We are a United States merchant and all card payments are processed at our corporate office located at 160 S. Route 17 North, Paramus, NJ.
