We will enjoy the history by visiting the Star-Spangled Banner Flag House, Fell’s Point, Little Italy, Federal Hill, the Tall Ships, U.S. Naval Academy, Maryland’s Historical Society Museum, the famed Baltimore Inner Harbor and Camden Yards. September 11 – This afternoon we will arrive in Baltimore to begin our historic seaport tour at the Star-Spangled Banner Flag House built in 1793 were Mary Pickersgill hand sewed the 15-star, 15-stripe flag. We will then continue our touring through the historic neighborhoods of Fell’s Point, Little Italy, Mount Vernon Place Historic District and Federal Hill. Throughout these areas you will see ethnic neighborhoods rich in history and learn about their backgrounds and present day existence. Dinner will be included tonight in one of this area’s popular restaurants. (D)
September 12 – After your included breakfast at your hotel, we will enjoy touring the Tall Ships before departing for Annapolis, the capital city of Maryland. Here we will tour the U.S. Naval Academy (all persons 16 years and older must have a valid photo ID) where you will enjoy the academy’s tree-shaded monuments which commemorate the courageous graduates and their contributions to naval history. Lunch will be included today at one of this area’s popular restaurants before heading to the harbor area with free time to enjoy the unique shops. Be sure to take in the view from the foot of the City Dock! After lunch we will continue our historic tour at the Maryland Historical Society Museum devoted to the War of 1812. Enjoy a Start Spangled evening overlooking the waterfront at the Inner Harbor with festivities and dinner on your own at your choice of eateries and restaurants. (B, L)
September 13 – Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before checking out. We will depart for a tour of Camden Yards and the Top of the World to view Baltimore’s skyline and harbor – breathtaking! Time will be given to stroll along the Inner Harbor and enjoy lunch along the waterfront before departing for home. (B) Please note: All persons age 16 years and older are required to bring photo identification to enter the Naval Academy and all Maryland Government Buildings – sorry, no exceptions.

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY:
Prior to 30 days from your departure date a full refund will be made (with the exception of special event and/or show tours, air tours and cruises which will be different - be sure to ask about these details when your booking is made). There is no refund for cancellations made within 30 days prior to your departure date. But you are welcome to send someone in your place and let us know the name change (this does not apply to air and cruise tours which have various restrictions, strict cancellation policies and name change charges).
REFUND PROTECTION PLAN:
Butler Motor Tours offers a refund protection plan on all overnight tours with varying restrictions due to the nature of the tour. We highly encourage you to take advantage of it, although it is certainly your own individual decision. This plan is available at an additional cost and will protect your monies due to sickness or death, but it does not cover you if you simply "change your mind". An official written letter from the doctor is required for proof of illness or a statement as to the death in your family. This plan expires 30 days after cancellation, if the documentation is not received within 30 days of cancellation, the refund is forfeited. There is only a small window period of time in which you are allowed to purchase the plan so be sure to ask upon booking.
SMOKING & ALCOHOL:
To ensure passenger comfort, we have a "NO SMOKING" policy on all of our tours, which also includes e-cigarettes. Ample comfort stops are made for smoking and restroom convenience. Feel free to request a smoking or non-smoking hotel room when making your reservations. No alcohol is allowed on any tour at any time. We reserve the right to refuse boarding under such circumstances that these policies are not followed.
Butler Motor Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour that has not reached a minimum number of reservations. We also reserve the right to change tour prices and itineraries if so dictated by circumstances beyond our control. We always avoid canceling a tour if at all possible, as we understand the inconvenience to you - our valued customer. Feel free to ask about any departure, especially if you are taking vacation days at your place of work.
The cost of your tour includes one piece of luggage per person to be checked under the coach and one small carry-on piece. Any additional suitcase is allowed at a cost of $5.00 per day and this must be paid with the final tour payment. You will be responsible for the handling of your own carry-on luggage at all times.
Butler Motor Tours acts as an agent in arranging hotel and other accommodations and cannot be held responsible for non-performance.
Any person or group which requires an ADA accessible bus is requested to inform us at the time of reservation, and must notify us in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the charter's departure.
Charges will appear as "CoachUSA/Megabus" on your credit card statement. We are a United States merchant and all card payments are processed at our corporate office located at 160 S. Route 17 North, Paramus, NJ.
