September 12 (Friday) – Early morning departure by motorcoach to Baltimore to board cruise ship which is scheduled to depart by 4:00 PM today.
September 13 (Saturday) – Cruising at Sea and enjoy entertainment, relaxing, wonderful meals…the choices on board your floating resort are endless and that’s what cruising is all about…let yourself be pampered !
September 14, 15, 16 (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday) – Arrival at King’s Wharf, Bermuda at 3:00PM on Sept. 14 to spend two days with plenty of time to partake in all this paradise vacation has to offer. Your cruise ship will be your deluxe floating hotel during your stay. Ship is scheduled to depart at 12 noon on Sept. 16
Sept. 17 (Wed.) – Cruising at Sea and having a great time !
Sept. 18 (Thurs.) – Your estimated arrival time back in Baltimore Harbor aboard ship is 7:00 AM. Our motorcoach will be waiting to return us to the Pittsburgh area and back to our home towns.
Round-trip motorcoach transportation to and from Baltimore, entire cruise, stateroom accommodations, entertainment and most meals aboard ship, baggage handling, port charges, travel insurance and government taxes Cancellation: This package already includes the travel insurance and paperwork will be provided to you at time of booking according. The insurance does require a valid and official doctor excuse before any refund is issued and there could be cancellation penalties if this required documentation is not properly provided.

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY:
Prior to 30 days from your departure date a full refund will be made (with the exception of special event and/or show tours, air tours and cruises which will be different - be sure to ask about these details when your booking is made). There is no refund for cancellations made within 30 days prior to your departure date. But you are welcome to send someone in your place and let us know the name change (this does not apply to air and cruise tours which have various restrictions, strict cancellation policies and name change charges).
REFUND PROTECTION PLAN:
Butler Motor Tours offers a refund protection plan on all overnight tours with varying restrictions due to the nature of the tour. We highly encourage you to take advantage of it, although it is certainly your own individual decision. This plan is available at an additional cost and will protect your monies due to sickness or death, but it does not cover you if you simply "change your mind". An official written letter from the doctor is required for proof of illness or a statement as to the death in your family. This plan expires 30 days after cancellation, if the documentation is not received within 30 days of cancellation, the refund is forfeited. There is only a small window period of time in which you are allowed to purchase the plan so be sure to ask upon booking.
SMOKING & ALCOHOL:
To ensure passenger comfort, we have a "NO SMOKING" policy on all of our tours, which also includes e-cigarettes. Ample comfort stops are made for smoking and restroom convenience. Feel free to request a smoking or non-smoking hotel room when making your reservations. No alcohol is allowed on any tour at any time. We reserve the right to refuse boarding under such circumstances that these policies are not followed.
Butler Motor Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour that has not reached a minimum number of reservations. We also reserve the right to change tour prices and itineraries if so dictated by circumstances beyond our control. We always avoid canceling a tour if at all possible, as we understand the inconvenience to you - our valued customer. Feel free to ask about any departure, especially if you are taking vacation days at your place of work.
The cost of your tour includes one piece of luggage per person to be checked under the coach and one small carry-on piece. Any additional suitcase is allowed at a cost of $5.00 per day and this must be paid with the final tour payment. You will be responsible for the handling of your own carry-on luggage at all times.
Butler Motor Tours acts as an agent in arranging hotel and other accommodations and cannot be held responsible for non-performance.
Any person or group which requires an ADA accessible bus is requested to inform us at the time of reservation, and must notify us in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the charter's departure.
Charges will appear as "CoachUSA/Megabus" on your credit card statement. We are a United States merchant and all card payments are processed at our corporate office located at 160 S. Route 17 North, Paramus, NJ.
