September 21 - Come on along and get ready to have a fabulous good time on this deluxe Nashville Show tour. We will arrive late this afternoon in Nashville and go directly to the Opry Mills Mall to stretch our legs and enjoy dinner at the unique Rain Forest Café. Your dinner will be part adventure and part restaurant as you dine amidst a re-created tropical paradise complete with waterfalls, lush vegetation and playful creatures ! After dinner, we will check in to our hotel and relax after a big day of travel. (D)
September 22 - Breakfast included at your hotel. Our local tour guide will take us on a sightseeing tour of Music City - there is so very much to see and do ! We will drive through downtown Nashville, stop at the Bicentennial State Park, enjoy a photo stop at the Parthenon in Centennial Park, and drive down famous Music Row. You will enjoy your visit to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum - this isn’t just a museum - it is a real experience ! Inside the museum presents the crown jewels of its vast collection to illustrate country music’s story as told through the turns of the two centuries. You will tour historic RCA Studio B, home of 1,000 hits and get an up-close look at Nashville’s oldest remaining recording studio. You can see how and where many of the greatest performers of the 1950’s through the 1970’s created timeless music and made recording history. We will also, tour the Ryman Auditorium, known as the Mother Church of Country Music. The Grand Ole Opry called this building home from 1943-1974 and it is a true icon of Nashville. There will be time for lunch and shopping on your own downtown today. Put on your "boot scootin" shoes tonight and get ready for a BBQ dinner and dancing tonight at the world famous Wildhorse Saloon…it is the most fun you can have with your boots on ! Get out on the dance floor with the dance teacher and learn the latest line dance, or just sit back and enjoy the fun entertainment ! (B, D)
September 23 - Breakfast included at your hotel. Today our guide will take us on a backstage tour of the Opry House where you will literally walk in the footsteps of country music’s superstars and get an exclusive look at what happens behind the scenes of the show that made country music famous ! We will then step into the plush and gorgeous Opryland Hotel for a guided walking tour through the indoor 9 ½ acre gardens with lush tropical plants. Then, relax and enjoy a delightful flatboat ride through the inside Delta Waterway within this fabulous resort complex. Dinner is scheduled tonight at the Opry Backstage Grill. The show that made country music famous is now making its mark on Southern cuisine in a new Nashville restaurant as uniquely entertaining as the Grand Ole Opry itself - enjoy your dining experience ! We have reserved seats for you tonight for the live radio show - the famous Grand Ole Opry - be part of the audience tonight which is "The Show That Made Country Music Famous" and has served well for more than 80 years as it still continues on strong in Nashville. September 24 - Breakfast included at your hotel. Enjoy a leisure morning before we board the General Jackson Showboat Lunch Cruise late this morning. Known as the "world’s grandest showboat", you will enjoy a most delicious lunch and world-class entertainment while cruising the majestic Cumberland River in Nashville. There should be some time at your hotel to freshen up before another big evening "out on the town" tonight. Dinner is planned at everyone’s favorite, Cracker Barrell and Old Country Store with delicious home-style cooking and a country spirit. We will then take our seats to enjoy Nashville’s only Oldies Show, starring Kenny and the Krooners. (B, D)
September 25 - Breakfast included at your hotel. Today we will take a lovely side trip to Lynchburg, Tennessee and visit the Jack Daniel Distillery, the oldest registered distillery in the United States and it is where every drop of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Sippin’ Whiskey is made ! You will enjoy lunch off the village square at the unique Miss Mary Bobo’s Boarding House. Since 1908, his historic home has served traditional foods with true hospitality. Your dinner is scheduled at the Santa Fe Cattleman’s Club where it is ok to throw your peanut shells on the floor ! We will then take our seats at "The Tribute To The King" show - Elvis. The legend lives on in Nashville’s first and only continuously running show paying tribute to Elvis in Music City where he recorded over 300 songs ! This high energy, live musical biography starring John Beardsley transports the audience through six phases of Elvis’ career. (B, L, D)
September 26 - Breakfast included at your hotel. Get ready for a fabulous tour at the popular Fontanel Mansion, former home of country music and beloved legend, Barbara Mandrell and her husband. This 27,000 square foot home is the largest log house in the entire world. The home boasts three stories, over 20 rooms, 13 bathrooms, five fireplaces, two kitchens, an indoor pool and even an indoor shooting range on 136 acres of pristine land. An exclusive spot for the stars, this home and grounds have been the setting for numerous photo and video shots, CMT’s top rated "Gone Country" show and more. You will love this visit ! Tonight is our last night in Nashville and we will enjoy dinner and show at the popular Nashville Nightlife Dinner Theater with a country music show that celebrates today’s country and honors tradition. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY:
Prior to 30 days from your departure date a full refund will be made (with the exception of special event and/or show tours, air tours and cruises which will be different - be sure to ask about these details when your booking is made). There is no refund for cancellations made within 30 days prior to your departure date. But you are welcome to send someone in your place and let us know the name change (this does not apply to air and cruise tours which have various restrictions, strict cancellation policies and name change charges).
REFUND PROTECTION PLAN:
Butler Motor Tours offers a refund protection plan on all overnight tours with varying restrictions due to the nature of the tour. We highly encourage you to take advantage of it, although it is certainly your own individual decision. This plan is available at an additional cost and will protect your monies due to sickness or death, but it does not cover you if you simply "change your mind". An official written letter from the doctor is required for proof of illness or a statement as to the death in your family. This plan expires 30 days after cancellation, if the documentation is not received within 30 days of cancellation, the refund is forfeited. There is only a small window period of time in which you are allowed to purchase the plan so be sure to ask upon booking.
SMOKING & ALCOHOL:
To ensure passenger comfort, we have a "NO SMOKING" policy on all of our tours, which also includes e-cigarettes. Ample comfort stops are made for smoking and restroom convenience. Feel free to request a smoking or non-smoking hotel room when making your reservations. No alcohol is allowed on any tour at any time. We reserve the right to refuse boarding under such circumstances that these policies are not followed.
Butler Motor Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour that has not reached a minimum number of reservations. We also reserve the right to change tour prices and itineraries if so dictated by circumstances beyond our control. We always avoid canceling a tour if at all possible, as we understand the inconvenience to you - our valued customer. Feel free to ask about any departure, especially if you are taking vacation days at your place of work.
The cost of your tour includes one piece of luggage per person to be checked under the coach and one small carry-on piece. Any additional suitcase is allowed at a cost of $5.00 per day and this must be paid with the final tour payment. You will be responsible for the handling of your own carry-on luggage at all times.
Butler Motor Tours acts as an agent in arranging hotel and other accommodations and cannot be held responsible for non-performance.
Any person or group which requires an ADA accessible bus is requested to inform us at the time of reservation, and must notify us in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the charter's departure.
Charges will appear as "CoachUSA/Megabus" on your credit card statement. We are a United States merchant and all card payments are processed at our corporate office located at 160 S. Route 17 North, Paramus, NJ.
