  • All monies paid are fully refundable or transferable if customer cancels on or before forty-five (45) days from date of departure..
  • Cancellations received from customer on day forty-four (44) or before day twenty-one (21) of trip departure date will be subject to a 50% loss of deposit.
  • Cancellations received from customer on day twenty-one (21) or before day seven (7) of the trip departure date will be subject to a 100% forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Forfeiture of entire fare will result when a customer cancels on day seven (7) or less of the trip departure date.
  • No Show - No Refund

  • All cancellations must be received during normal business days/hours. If deadline falls on weekend/holiday, notice must be received on business day prior.

    Central Cab acts only in the capacity of agent in arranging transportation or any sightseeing tours, cruises, etc., and as such is not responsible for any damages, loss, delay, injury, or accident due to weather, or any act of default of any company or person engaged in providing services included in our tours. We reserve the right to cancel any tour or make changes in any itinerary, as we deem necessary. Our brochure is prepared up to a year in advance of some scheduled tours and circumstances can arise that are beyond our control. Central Cab is not responsible to any person for expense, loss of time or money or other circumstances resulting from a change in itinerary or change of tour arrangements.

    Optional tours, transportation, and admissions not included in the group package are the responsibility of the passenger.

    Payment of telephone calls, room service, and other incidentals at places of lodging are the responsibility of the passenger.

    Each passenger is allowed one standard size suitcase to be handled by the hotel and stored in the motorcoach luggage bay. You may also bring a carry-on for which you are responsible for at all times. Central Cab Company cannot accept responsibility for baggage which may be mishandled (damaged) or which you choose to leave in the motorcoach overnight. Vehicle luggage bays can be broken into, so carry important or valuable items separately. When ending your tour, please be sure to retrieve all items before departing the motorcoach. Central Cab will not accept responsibility for returning or locating lost items.

    Central Cab Company reserves the right to refuse transportation to persons who are under the influence of intoxicating substances, to unattended persons incapable of providing basic self-care, or to those persons whose conduct is disruptive to the driver or other passengers. This includes all passengers who do not comply with the simple practices regarding general safety, smoking, or tardiness causing frequent delays to the group. In such a situation, Central Cab will arrange transportation home for the individual at his or her expense and there will be no refund for any unused portion of the tour.

    We strongly recommend the purchase of the Coach USA Travel Insurance Plan to protect you and your travel investment. For detailed information and frequently asked questions, please visit The policy exclusion for Pre-Existing Conditions will be waived if your premium is received with seven (7) days of the initial deposit for your trip (provided you are not disabled from travel at the time you pay your premium).     This policy also applies to e-cigarettes. Frequent stops will be made to accommodate smokers.
