Travel by Jet Express to Put-In-Bay, also known as South Bass Island. The guide takes you by tour train on a 1-hour Narrated Historical Tour of the island and ends at Heineman Winery and Crystal Cave. Your guided-tour will take approximately one hour. Your knowledgeable guide will tell your group about the heritage of this family-owned winery that has been in continuous operation for 127 years. One lucky member of your group will win an Ohio Wine Gift Basket donated by the “Ohio Wine Producers Association” and Heineman Winery. Each member of the group will be given a token, good for one glass of island wine or juice. Then the tour train drops the group off at Island Bike and Cart Rental. You can spend the remainder of the day at your leisure!
A special discounted rate of $44.00 per cart (tax included) is available to customers who want to rent a 4-seat golf cart for this day trip. Drivers must be 21 with a valid driver's license and credit card. The tour director will pass out a form for you to make reservations between 8:30-9:30 AM the day of the tour. Golf carts need to be returned by 6:15 PM so that you arrive promptly at the Jet Express Dock to board and depart the island at 6:30 p.m. SHARP!

Written notice of cancellation is always required
* Unless you, the passenger, provide a replacement person(s) for your seat(s). The office must be notified of the name of the replacement before the day of the tour departure.
REFUND PROTECTION PLAN:
Trip Cancellation Insurance is available through Stonebridge Casualty Insurance Company and MUST be purchased online at the time of booking. The premium of insurance is non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance, especially for Lenzner's longer tours. Our tour cancellation policy is outlined above.
SMOKING & ALCOHOL:
To ensure passenger comfort, we have a "NO SMOKING" policy on all of our tours, which also includes e-cigarettes. Ample comfort stops are made for smoking and restroom convenience. Feel free to request a smoking or non-smoking hotel room when making your reservations. The consumption of alcohol is not permitted on board the motorcoach for any Lenzner Tour. We reserve the right to refuse boarding under such circumstances that these policies are not followed.
Lenzner Tour & Travel reserves the right to cancel any tour that has not reached a minimum number of reservations. We also reserve the right to change tour prices and itineraries if so dictated by circumstances beyond our control. We always avoid canceling a tour if at all possible, as we understand the inconvenience to you - our valued customer.
Lenzner Tour & Travel acts only as an agent in arranging transportation, accommodations, or any optional sightseeing tours, cruises, etc., and as such are not responsible for any damages, loss, delay, injury, or accident due to weather, or any act of default of any company or person engaged in providing service included in our tours. We reserve the right to cancel any tour or make changes in any itinerary as we deem necessary. Lenzner Tours is not responsible to any person for expense, loss of time or money or other circumstance resulting from a change in itinerary or change of tour arrangements. Any person may be dismissed from any tour at any time by the Tour Director or Driver in charge should his or her conduct not be in harmony with the rest of the passengers; no further obligation will be assumed by Lenzner Tours or anyone in their employ. Rates are subject to change due to increases in hotel, airline, or escalated fuel or operation charges.
In order to meet special requirements of passengers with disabilities or special dietary requirements, Lenzner Tour and Travel requires notification at the time of reservation. The driver and tour director are not to act as a travel attendant for passengers that need special assistance. A 48-hour notice is required for wheelchair accessible vehicles.
