Madison, WI (2 locations)
The intercity bus loading location is located at the 200 block of North Lake Street, between Dayton and Johnson Streets, adjacent to the Gordon Commons terrace. For GPS use "250 N. Lake St."
Dutch Mill Park & Ride: Our shuttle bus stop is located at Highway 51 (Stoughton Road) and Broadway, for GPS use “4545 East Broadway,” Buses will load from the bus shelters along Broadway, nearest the Highway 51 stoplights. Limited free parking is available for up to 7 days.
Janesville, WI: Our shuttle bus stops at Van Galder Bus Terminal, 3120 N. Pontiac Dr.
This facility is open and staffed from 4:30 AM until 11:00 PM. Parking is available at the shuttle bus stop at $2.00 per day. A permit must be displayed. A permit may be purchased from the agent on-duty, or from the driver if the terminal is closed.
Illinois Shuttle Bus Stops
South Beloit, Illinois: The shuttle bus will stop at FasMart/McDonalds Travel Plaza, 15766 Manchester Road. Located near Highway 75 & I-39/90 (Exit 1). Parking is available with permit from attendant at $3.00 per day. Please park in the designated area.
ROCKFORD, ILLINOIS (2 locations)
(for service TO/FROM O'HARE AIRPORT ONLY): TEMPORARILY FOR ALL SERVICES
Van Galder Terminal: 7559 Walton St. Our shuttle bus will stop off Bell School Road, one block south of East State St. Facility is temporarily unstaffed. Parking is free.
(FOR SERVICE TO DESTINATIONS OTHER THAN O'HARE) TEMPORARILY NO SERVICE Rockford Mass Transit District-Eastside Transfer Center:725 N. Lyford Rd. This location is for service to/from Chicago Downtown/AMTRAK, Chicago Midway Airport, and connections to South Beloit, IL, Janesville, WI, and Madison, WI. Parking is available for $3.00 per calendar day. The facility is staffed Mon-Fri 6:00 AM-6:30 PM, Sat 7:00 AM-6:30 PM, Sun the building is closed, buses will pull up under the covered waiting area.
Airport Shuttle Bus Stops
If your drop off bus stop is the Chicago O’Hare Airport, when you board the bus, let the driver know which terminal you are going to.
- Your shuttle bus stop will be at either Terminal 1, 2, 3 or 5. We will drop passengers off on the upper level for easier access to your flight.
- For passengers catching a train into the city or connecting to other ground transportation, the shuttle bus stop we recommend is terminal 2. Go inside and follow the signs.
If you’re flight is international, your shuttle bus stop with be at Terminal 5.
For passengers boarding at the Chicago O’Hare Airport, the Terminal 5, shuttle bus stop will be located on the lower level (arrivals).. The airport shuttle buses load outside door number 5E. Walk across the crosswalk to the outer curb and turn to your right. You will see a bus shelter along the outer curb. The buses will pull up as space allows along this curb past this shelter.
For all other terminals, follow directions to the Bus Shuttle Center. Our shuttle bus stop can easily be found by exiting through door 4 of the Bus Shuttle Center.
Midway Airport NOTE MIDWAY SERVICE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED MARCH 17, 2020
Similar to the O’Hare Airport, the drop off bus stop will be located on the upper level where departures are located. For passengers boarding at the Midway Airport, our shuttle bus stop can be found on the lower level. Follow the signs from baggage claim towards the loading area for “Regional Buses”
Downtown Chicago, Amtrak Station/Union Station
Our shuttle bus stop is located on the east curb of Canal Street, in the block between Jackson and Adams. If you are using a GPS to find the location, the closest address to use is 225 S. Canal Street.
Please arrive at your shuttle bus stop about 15-25 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Due to traffic and detours, buses may arrive at your bus stop a few minutes before or after the stated time. Once you’re on board, you can sit back, relax, and let our professional drivers get you to where you need to go.
